Removed large subpedunculated rectal adenoma with low grade dysplasia by ESD endoscopic submucosal dissection technique.Patient was 64 yr high risk cardiac patient with liver cirrhosis. Could avoid major surgery.
Performed endoscopic Zenker’s diverticulotomy in a patient with zenkers diverticulum presented with difficulty in swallowing and regurgitation.
Dr Chirag N Shah did rectal esd of large rectal adenoma 5cm x 3cm with low grade dysplasia with a broad 3 cm stalk. Tumour removed en block.
We did peroral endoscopic myotomy for a patient with achalasia cardia type 1. The patient had improvement in dysphagia post-procedure on discharge after 24 hrs.

Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) of a splenic flexure large flat adenoma with high grade dysplasia. No invasion or cancer on resection specimen. Avoided major surgery. Patient discharged after 24 hours.
